You can order samples of all our mirrors for £25 and include mirror glass and frame samples. Samples up to the value of £75 are refundable should you purchase a mirror.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our mirrors are handcrafted & made to order. Therefore it can take between 6-8 weeks for you mirror to be produced & shipped.
Where do you ship?
We offer free UK mainland delivery across all standard orders. We can work with international couriers to fulfil orders from abroad, however such orders will incur additional cost that we will not be responsible for./p>
How can I arrange for a refund?
Due to the bespoke, made to order nature of our mirrors we only offer refunds on the rare occassion that the mirror is damaged or faulty. We offer refundable samples across all our mirrors to help you choose the perfect aethetic for your home. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, we offer samples of all of our mirrors that include samples of glass and frame. Each sample costs £25, and we will refund up to £75 worth of samples per mirror ordered.
Can you install my mirror?
Unfortunately we do not offer installation services. All standard orders will be delivered via specialist courier, and include wall mounting brackets and a detailed installation guide./p>
